Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for purchases made directly from CreateNew AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled.
- You may cancel a Stripe subscription from Account > Subscription or contact us at support@CreateNew.ai for assistance.
- For subscriptions billed through another payment provider, use the cancellation controls offered by that provider or contact us for assistance.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the remaining subscription benefits until that date, and you will not be charged for another billing period.
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.
- To avoid a renewal charge, submit your cancellation before the next renewal date shown in your account or payment receipt.
One-Time Credit Purchases
One-time credit packages are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Credits are digital services made available shortly after payment.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of the charge when:
- The purchase was made by mistake and none of the purchased credits or subscription benefits have been used
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- A verified technical issue prevented us from delivering the purchased credits or service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time
- The charge was unauthorized, subject to verification and applicable payment-provider procedures
For subscription renewals, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge, and no credits or service benefits from the renewed period may have been used.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available when:
- Purchased or renewed credits have been used, consumed, or transferred into generated content
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after the charge
- The user is dissatisfied with a generated result after the service was successfully delivered, including differences caused by prompts, source materials, model behavior, or generation settings
- Access is suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules
- The user forgot to cancel before renewal but used credits or service benefits from the renewed period
How to Request a Refund
Email support@CreateNew.ai with:
- The email address associated with your CreateNew AI account
- The order number, invoice number, or payment receipt
- The date and amount of the charge
- A short explanation of the issue
We may request additional information to locate the payment, verify account ownership, or investigate suspected fraud or abuse. We normally respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
- After approval, payment providers and financial institutions may take 5-10 business days to display the refund.
- Any credits or subscription benefits associated with a refunded payment may be removed from the account.
- Original currency conversion differences, bank fees, or payment-provider fees outside our control may not be recoverable.
Payment Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing error, contact us at support@CreateNew.ai so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit any rights available through your bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights will apply.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
